The Exhale retreat will be taking place at an incredible contemporary luxury villa in the heart of the popular destination of Uluwatu. Uluwatu, located on the southwestern tip of Bali, Indonesia, is renowned for its stunning coastal cliffs, world-class surf breaks, cultural significance, and vibrant sunsets, making it a fantastic destination to visit. The villa is situated only 300m walk from the local Bingin Beach steps.Â

Uluwatu is a short 50-minute drive from Bali’s international airport, Denpasar. We have organised airport transfers to get you to and from the retreat - it’s important to us this experience is as easy for you as possible. Let us do the heavy lifting so you can truly unwind.

We will be enjoying delicious meals prepared in-house by the retreat chef, as well as attending some of our favourite local cafes to connect and experience the beautiful local towns. We also have some meals planned at some of Uluwat’s best venues. It’s important to us that you get to enjoy the sensational local food and are excited to bring you some of Bali’s best!
All meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) with the exception of one lunch and sunset drinks on the final evening are included.

For the past five years, she has been the driving force behind the flourishing Inflow Pilates Studios on the Sunshine Coast, where she has fostered an environment of empowerment and support for her clients at her Caloundra, Buderim and Birtinya studios.
Driven by her desire to support others, Abbie is particularly passionate about mentoring and empowering like minded women who need guidance to propel forward whether in business or life.
Additionally, Abbie is grounded in facilitating breathwork, somatic healings and healthy movement to help others navigate the challenges and achieve their goals.
Abbie will be sharing all her business growth secrets as well as facilitating Pilates, somatic breathwork sessions and our morning movement sessions.
